To introduce myself: My name is Barbora, I am a Slovak living in Prague, working as a technology consultant, I have visited over 40 countries so far and I love planning trips.
So not only going on trips but the whole process that goes before. Googling, reading blogs, checking out YouTube videos. Everything that could help me to make my trips incredible. To get the most out of them.
Since all of us are different and not everyone is a passionate planner like me, it occured to me to try to make it easier for people who are the exact opposite of myself – the ones that hate planning trips.
In this blog I will be describing my travels including mostly the practical information – how to get to the place of the interest, how to get around, what to visit in the surroundings, where to book or buy tickets. In another words, I have done the Googling for you 😉
I am focusing mainly on backpackers who travel without a car, but I believe that people who don’t fit that description could also find some interesting information here.
I usually travel with my husband Jan and therefore I write most of the articles in plural.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not saying that my choices have always been the best, I am describing my actual experience. Maybe you can find a shorter route, cheaper tickets, more beautiful hike…
And since the world is not a static place and everything is changing quickly, in all the articles I will be attaching the links where you can check the up-to-date information and it is strongly advised to do so! Also double-checking using resources other than my blog is recommended for the same reason.
